I truly enjoy embracing these challenges. A deeper part of me pulls me towards advocating for changes in how we as a society approach disease. For the mindful, curious, and creative people in how they approach health, wealth, ethics, and the environment.
I aspire to use cleansing and nourishing food that can nourish the superhuman in us all.
All bites are wholesome, providing sustained energy compared to the highly processed options. The contents can be compared to a ‘donut hole’ in appearance or size, but are far superior for human health and sustainability.
The fat contents have a healthy amount of omega-3 fatty acids which help to balance out omega-6 fatty acids that are more prevalent in the modern diet full of animal products.
We focus on alkalizing the body, fulfilling the needs of snacks, additions to other foods, and nutritional goals.
Learn alongside myself as a graduate of the Vegetarian/Vegan Nutritional Mastery Program from the Vegetarian Health Institute. I am also a graduate of a Community Development Program and will be incorporating these principles into the program – particularly from the Managing Community Based Research, Facilitating Empowering Process, and Healthy Communities and Environment courses.
My personal experience and success will be one of the driving forces behind the lessens, along with various expert advice and scientific data with focused participatory counselling on exactly what you desire to learn and achieve; comfort and reassurance may be found in the fact that I am certified with my Food Handlers, First Aid/CPR, as well as valid Criminal Record, Child Abuse, & Adult Abuse Registry Checks.
