An anthology that takes readers on a journey through different ways to connect love to everything and everyone. It is part poetic journey through love in all its manifestations, and part workbook—with activities, creative projects, and growth mindset questions; a word puzzle of associations to love in our lives, created in part as a stream of consciousness, guiding readers through subjects like identity, trauma, self-sabotage, heartbreak, spirituality, nature and healing. This journey strives to uplift the spirit and showcase the positive potentials and possibilities found with more openness to love, in a format that is fun and accessible. Many of my reflections and collections of wisdom and experience are compiled and condensed within this work. I am so happy to share it out into the world now!
